Our Standard Shipping option delivers within 3 - 10 days depending on your location. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking notification email directly from Australia Post, TNT or other provider.
What is the process for returns?
This policy applies to products purchased from the website allworkweardirect.com.au.
In order to return or exchange goods products must be in the same condition as originally received, undecorated and include swing tags/labels. Returns will be accepted within 30 days on goods purchased online from date of invoice or when faulty.
What happens if my product is faulty?
All Workwear Direct takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem. In all instances where the product may be faulty, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing a picture of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org who will advise and assist with the returns process.
